Pat Crossley-Smith
Executive Director - GDS Delivery
Pat has 25 years experience developing digital products and services within the public and private sector. She is passionate about working with public sector clients to build better products and services for citizens. She is a champion of agile and harnessing the power of teams to deliver services that really make a difference to peoples’ lives.
Junaid Mohammad
Senior Security Architect
Passionate about security and helping customers evolve into a secure and compliant working environment. Security has been an integral part of Junaid's life; working from GCHQ as a graduate to big enterprise financial banks for 15 years and now at Methods, as a cloud security specialist.
Liz Whiteley
Senior Business Development Manager
Liz is a northern born business development director at Methods. A close ally of the growth hub and GMCA and was asked to support them when meeting BEIS and the Ministers. She has featured in Tech North (now Tech Nation) Digital Powerhouse Report for her procurement views. Liz is an angel investor and has an interest in startups and how they can solve public sector problems.
Gordon Coe
Digital Director
A versatile and experienced agile delivery manager and product owner with a background in digital transformation and service delivery. Gordon has worked on challenging, complex transformation projects in both the public and private sector. His role leading Methods’ digital division has involved him in a range of digital transformation projects in the public sector, such as HMLR’s Digital Street and the award-winning Ethnicity Facts and Figures service for Cabinet Office.
Zeta Hoskins
Bid Manager
Zeta is an APMP trained and accredited Bid Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the digital information technology and services industry. She has worked on challenging, complex bids in both the public and private sector, and has helped secure Methods’ position on a number of high-profile contracts and frameworks.
Kennedy Madevu
Graphic Designer
Kennedy joined Methods straight from achieving a BA degree in Graphic Design and Illustration from Coventry University. During his time at Methods, Kennedy has been a part of many digital and print brand promotion/identity projects, as well as filming and editing Methods' first live headquarters event. Kennedy brings passion to every project, an infectious positivity and a flexible design skill set.
Caroline Scott
Account Manager
Caroline has over 30 years’ experience managing complex programmes from conception to implementation. This includes a pan European CRM implementation in 5 countries. Caroline has worked in a variety of business sectors and is currently the programme director for a number of ERP implementations in the UK.
Ben Lyons-Grose
Head of Service Design
Ben is a writer and designer with a diverse background in both the private and public sectors, and his skillset encompasses a range of expertise across the design spectrum – including system design, service design, and content design. He is passionate about solving whole problems that often traverse a number of organisational boundaries. He has lectured at Goldsmiths University on the Innovation, and Consumer Behaviour and Management MA courses, and is a regular speaker and panel host at industry events and conferences.
Jadene Aderonmu
UX Designer
My passion is mentoring individuals to amplify their communication and confidence to make impact, and see them grow in their personal and professional lives. I have talked at events on accessibility, tech, and inclusion to encourage and reach a wider audience.
Wes Jarvis
Principal Consultant
Principal consultant and contract exit and disaggregation specialist with a background in benefits-led transformation design and delivery. Wes has vast public-sector transformation experience supporting complex contract exits, designing and deploying capability-centric operating models, building, assessing and implementing transformation strategy and establishing line of sight between delivery and objectives.
