Methods is a successful business and is continuing to grow. But to grow, we need more talented individuals, like you, who share our vision
Do you want to help improve the public sector? Work with inspiring leaders who invest in technology and its people? Work for a business that supports and develops its employees?
Our mission is to help safeguard public-facing services and apply digital thinking to make sure the future of our public services is centred around our citizens.
We believe in working with a human touch, which sets us apart from other consultancies, system integrators and software houses. We don’t focus solely on profits or targets; we have a customer-centric value system and focus on doing what’s right for our customers.
We’re a collaborative business that always listens, cares and appreciates everyone’s input. We passionately support our customers in the success of their projects and work collaboratively in teams to share skill and solve problems.
Our group operates across the UK with amazing opportunities for everyone.
We have fun while working hard; we are not afraid of making mistakes and learning from them
Chief Operating Officer
"The success of our business has its foundation in our ability to attract great people, who choose Methods for the next chapter in their career. To this end, we embrace and commit to engaging and finding the best talent to join our team. We celebrate difference and strive to foster a positive and inclusive work culture, that is both fun and rewarding. We take training, development and each individual’s career journey seriously, seeking to provide the best possible work experience for all colleagues.
Along with your development, it’s really important that we create an environment where everyone’s opinions and ideas are fostered, shared and encouraged. Methods is a great place to work where colleagues make a positive difference to our public services and society, so please get in touch!"
"Great teams are made up of individuals who are experts in their fields, who understand and respect the roles and contributions of all team members and who are passionate about their work.
My number one priority is to create an environment that empowers great teams, who are passionate about improving our public services, whilst also supporting the learning and development of every individual to reach their full potential."

We encourage the employment of veterans, young and old, working with the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) in order to establish an employment pathway for Service Leavers.
We are delighted to announce that Methods is launching a pilot careers support service, to aid those who have lost their job, or are at risk of losing their job, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
We are offering an hour’s free support (to qualifying applicants) from our recruitment experts, who have many years experience in this area, including CV and presentation guidance, and interview skills. This support will be carried out virtually at a time that suits you.
