Nukey Proctor is Head of Service Delivery at Methods Consulting with over 15 years experience in the technology sector, driving transformation projects for public sector organisations. Nukey has been instrumental in delivering transformation plan for varied service oriented businesses within public sector. She has broad range of experience working in Croydon Health Services, Imperial College Healthcare, NHS Trust and Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Services as technology transformation specialist. More recently, she has specialised in providing post-covid recovery plan for service management department within digital operations.
She is also qualified in ITIL, PRINCE 2, AGILE, SCRUM and APM, and delivers Project Management training and mentoring to other PM professionals.
