A few words from Pradnya:
Hi, I am Pradnya Khadayate. I joined the Managed Services team at Methods on 13 June, as a Junior ServiceNow System Administrator. I recently graduated from the ServiceNow NextGen Skills Bootcamp, where (among other things), I learned about Service Management key concepts and was introduced to ServiceNow – and it was an amazing experience learning about the ServiceNow platform. I was introduced to Methods (and other ServiceNow partners) as part of this programme but saw Methods as a great opportunity to get started in a ServiceNow career, enhance my knowledge, and work in the public sector. I have really enjoyed my first week at Methods, meeting some of the amazing team here. I am looking forward to learning and growing in my role.
