Methods provides funding and tracksuits for girls under-10’s football team, Sprowston Owls

The world of football is changing for women. The Lioness’s success in the Euros and World Cup has provided role models and encouragement for girls and women to get involved in playing and coaching football.

Peter Pepper, Lead Delivery Manager said:

“Following England’s success on the international stage, my daughter has been inspired to play football and was looking for a team to play with. There has been a recent growth in grassroots football with new teams being set up in Norwich to provide opportunities.

Norfolk’s female game has more players, coaches, match officials, and supporters than ever before, and that success has largely been down to the activity and effort on the ground, from a multitudes of clubs, teams, and volunteers.

My daughter joined Sprowston Owls under 10s, a new team formed in July 2023. The team need funding for many items to allow the team to play, and I am delighted to say that Methods agreed to sponsor and provide  tracksuits for the whole team. The tracksuits will keep all the girls warm during the 2023/2024 season, especially during the winter months.

The girls are very excited to wear the Methods logo and are very grateful to Methods for contributing to the team.”
