The recent Public Accounts Committee report on Digital Services in the UK public sector acknowledged many of the challenges that our clients’ face. Patching up old legacy systems is no longer an option, the report declares that the citizen and the taxpayer deserve a better service and this committee is concerned by the number of complex, large-scale digital programmes that are failing, and the impact this has on important government services.
We are truly passionate about delivering innovative services that work for all users and saving taxpayer money, so we are encouraged to see this committee working for a positive breakthrough, and holding those involved to account.
