It is with absolute pride and delight I can share that Tom Neve has been awarded ‘Winner’ in the Professional Development category at the ICiPS awards! This award recognises individuals who have gone above and beyond what is expected from them in a professional capacity to develop their Continuous Improvement skills – well done Tom!!
And if you think it couldn’t get any better than that… I am also over the moon to announce the Methods Lean Six Sigma service offer also won in their category of collaboration in Continuous Improvement, making a fundamental shift in the way we deliver Continuous Improvement across Methods. Our preferred approach is to work in a highly collaborative, transparent, and agile way, working to build on the work and knowledge in place to develop CI capability and ensure change is embedded and sustainable. By establishing a culture of continuous improvement, we aim to improve our organisational inefficiencies, enable the effective use of data, to lower costs, and support new and existing services effectively.
The Lean Six Sigma team has worked tirelessly over the last three years to develop and embed an offer that meets the needs of our clients and works for Methods. We genuinely could not have received this recognition without the incredible support of everyone who joined our training and followed the route to accreditation and of course Jathusiyia White and Tom Neve.
I am so very excited to see what 2025 brings as we widen our Lean Six Sigma network of Continuous Improvement champions and introduce our newly accredited Green Belt training to the world.
