This week has seen the first Junior Business Analysis cohort, Chloe, Marie, and Leah, join the Business Analysis Team at Methods!
Ahead of them is a BA Academy training programme that will cover Business Analysis Modular research and training, Lean Six Sigma Yellow belt accreditation, BCS certifications, and working in partnership with customers in the Public Sector.
Over the last six months we have taken the Methods Business Analysis Academy from concept to day 1, offering the opportunity to rapidly upskill knowledge of BA tools and techniques and deliver them into the Public Sector.
I am really proud that Methods has been able to provide this Academy programme for young people looking to start a career in Technology and Business Analysis. Working collaboratively with our Senior Leaders, HR, Learning and Development, and the Business Analysis Team has made this opportunity possible.
So, welcome to our first cohort and we look forward to welcoming our second cohort in the summer of 2024.
