We are delighted to have been appointed as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s Back Office Software framework.
This is a completely new agreement which will provide customers with access to SaaS, including ERP, HCM, and productivity software, as well as product support and maintenance. This framework will also provide a route to market for organisations wishing to purchase software subscriptions and licence support for back office systems direct from the software vendor.
Methods will be providing following services on this framework: enterprise resource planning, procurement, reporting, customer relationship management, workflow technologies, content services, service portal, and integration software.
The framework will be established for 30 months, with the option to extend for up to a further period of 18 months.
