Methods is proud to announce that we have been honoured with the prestigious Ministry of Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Gold Award, the highest level of recognition for employers who demonstrate outstanding support for the Armed Forces community. This award reflects our deep commitment to the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant and our ongoing efforts to champion the rights and well-being of those who serve, have served, and their families.
From the outset, we have been dedicated to fostering a supportive environment for members of the Armed Forces community. Holding the Silver Award, we made a concerted effort to build on this, ensuring that our policies, practices, and organisational culture align with the values of the Armed Forces Covenant. Our journey toward the Gold Award has been marked by initiatives that embed our commitment across all levels within our company.
These initiatives to name a few, were comprehensive HR policies that specifically address the needs of Armed Forces personnel within our workforce. Our GRAVITATE programs support ex-military with job opportunities, which contribute to their professional development and support their integration into the civilian workforce, where they can continue to make valuable contributions, and our internal Community of Interest MET-VETs (Methods Veterans), hosted by ex-veterans who support our ex-veterans through mentoring, volunteering, and social events.

This recognition not only affirms our commitment but also motivates us to continue leading by example in our industry.
