Neurodiversity is an essential, and often overlooked, aspect to diversity in the workplace.
I was approached by the charity Neurodiversity in Business and asked if I wanted to share my experience surrounding adult diagnosis and neurodivergent conditions in the workplace. I happily agreed, the more people who speak up about inclusion, the easier it gets to talk about it and commit to inclusive workplaces.
