Our Change and Innovation (C&I) portfolio recently organised an engaging and productive awayday in Leeds where the team of over 80 people came together to share insights, build new networks, and spark innovation.
The day was filled with collaborative problem solving and team-building activities, with the theme of sustainability running throughout. We showcased some of C&I’s fantastic client projects using the Pecha Kucha method, and explored fresh ideas to drive positive change within our organisation. The formal session concluded with prize giving – acknowledging the exceptional commitment of our colleagues.
This away day not only strengthened our team’s cohesion but provided the opportunity to take a step back from the day-to-day and explore innovative solutions that will shape our future endeavours.
It was a day of collaboration, inspiration, and transformation as we set out to make sustainable lasting impact to our public services.
