What are Methods’ Communities of Interest?
Communities of Interest (CoIs) complement Communities of Pratice (CoPs), by offering colleagues a forum for discussing topics of more general interest. CoIs are not aligned around colleagues’ professional ‘day jobs’, instead, they cover topics of more general interest across Methods, such as women in tech, sustainability, and social value.
