Designing a new digital strategy for Birmingham City Council
Birmingham City Council were looking to develop a new digital strategy to replace the outgoing one developed in 2016.
Using an agile, human centred design approach, and speaking to citizens, businesses, staff, and stakeholders, Methods worked with the council collaboratively to identify five strategic themes that would tackle the pain points of both staff and the people of Birmingham, embedding digital into every decision and ways of working, ensuring that it would be concise, engaging, measurable, and remain relevant.
