Webcare Group had several new roles requiring e-Commerce, PPC, Project and Website Content/Management experience, and many requiring a fluent second language. They needed Methods’ help to find the ideal candidates and deliver them within tight timescales.

Methods search was broad, targeting communities of suitably skilled candidates from across Europe to provide the right skills and address the specific language requirements. The interview process gave candidates the opportunity to meet key stakeholders across the business. Covering three stages in a short period of time, both Webcare Group and Methods assisted in a transparent selection process, offering a fully consultative approach and promoting both candidate and company openly and enthusiastically.
