Demonstrating our dedication to diversity and inclusivity, GRAVITATE, a Methods initiative, aims to provide support to individuals from diverse backgrounds as they embark on their tech career journey.
In October 2023, we introduced the Cyber Academy as part of GRAVITATE, inviting former Armed Forces personnel to participate in a 12-week in-house development programme.
Upon completion, these Cyber Security consultants smoothly transitioned into our Cyber and Technical Advisory portfolio, receiving assistance as they ventured into the next phase of their civilian careers.
