Maintaining compliance

An automotive manufacturer faced complex Cyber Security challenges, our team developed a comprehensive Cyber Security Management System (CSMS) to meet sector regulations. By conducting a thorough gap analysis, creating a Statement of Applicability, and establishing robust incident response procedures, we enabled the client to demonstrate compliance, mitigate Cyber risks, and maintain market competitiveness. Our solution provided critical guidance for embedding Cyber Security best practices into the vehicle engineering lifecycle, ensuring the organisation's ability to detect, prevent, and respond to potential Cyber threats.

Bolstering Cyber Security

This Central Government organisation focused on enhancing Cyber Security across multiple workstreams, including browser security, end-user devices, Data Loss Protection, and mobile device security. Utilising multidisciplinary teams and limited tools like SharePoint and Microsoft Planner, the project successfully transitioned towards GovAssure and the Cyber Assessment Framework, ultimately improving the organisation's overall security posture and risk management.
