Over 18-months, we developed and implemented an end-to-end benefits realisation approach for the Home Office CTO Automation Centre. This initiative delivered £55 Million in value and met crucial year-one spending review targets. We built organisational resilience and capability by embedding benefits realisation practices into a large-scale Central Government Digital Transformation programme, creating lasting impact beyond immediate project goals.

We executed a complex transformation of national critical infrastructure, designing comprehensive service models that reimagined operational processes, while implementing strategic organisational change across critical government systems.
