A national cultural funding organisation transformed its IT infrastructure during an office relocation. With £7.9 billion distributed across 43,000 heritage projects, the 400-staff team migrated to a Cloud-based platform. The complex project involved redesigning networks, implementing collaborative technologies, and simplifying data management. Modernising financial regulatory technology delivery


We initiated a major technology transformation programme, implementing tooling and processes refinement aligning to Development Operations (DevOps) best practises, incorporating enterprise Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and enabling scaled-agile delivery across multiple teams (75+ onshore, offshore, and remote); laying the foundations for adopting Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Microservices-oriented Architecture (MSoA) using containers.
