We are living in the “digital age”. As citizens, consumers, industry and government, our expectations are being challenged and changed almost daily through advances in information and technology.
The public, through social media and the “app” culture, already embrace this. The private sector is forging ahead, both matching external consumer demand and achieving internal ‘step change’ improvements in process, people, performance and profits through commoditising processes and leveraging technology.
This is the new “norm”; and public services need to match this pace. This is what Methods Advisory does.
Methods Advisory’s approach to radically improving public services has four core principles:
- Making a Difference
- Pragmatic Innovation
- Sustainable Embedded Change
- “Open” Digital Thinking

There are times in history when innovative technology unleashes radical thinking and disruptive change. It generates new business models that re-write the rules and challenge our preconceptions across strategy, people, process and technology. The emergence of cloud, digital and internet business models mean that “now” is one of those moments.
We work with clients to negotiate and exploit this revolution. This is no longer about “the business” or about “the technology” – it has to be about both. From internet-based business model strategy to agile development projects, we work with organisations to unlock their digital potential. We help you to envisage and adopt a strategic approach to modern technology platforms, transforming the way you operate, to make you faster, more flexible, more collaborative and most importantly of all – more customer focused.
Combining enthusiasm and passion with talent, experience and hands on tech skills – we are Methods Digital.
