The majority of undergraduate students who enrolled at the start of the 2018/19 academic were all born in the year 2000. When they leave University we will be into the 2020s.
Register for the 2019 UCISA Support Services Conference where we will be travelling Back to the Future of IT.
You will hear inspiring stories from sector role models and hard won advice from IT leaders in both HE and industry. There will be discussions on the use of technology and how this has brought benefits to customers and IT support functions. As well as the latest thinking from experts, one being our Head of UX research, Lisa Moretti at 10:30am on the 5th July, to discuss the realms of technology, service management and beyond.
