We are pleased to announce that Methods has been awarded a Silver Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) award by the London Employer Engagement Board. Methods is proud to be recognised this way. We take great pride in upholding the values of the Armed Forces Covenant supporting our reservists, ex-service people and their families. Our CEO and founder Peter Rowlins (an ex-serviceman himself) is delighted that Methods has been recognised with a Silver ERS award. Methods is dedicated to improving public services, it runs through the core of what we are as an organisation. Our first major public sector client was the Ministry of Defence, and we have worked with the MoD and the Armed Forces, in support of their various programmes, continuously since 1992.
